What is Get Moving?

We can help you sell your current property so that you are in a position to reserve your dream Rushmon home.  We will arrange valuations & instruct an estate agent for you. Once a buyer is in place, the estate agent will manage the sale & we will then pay your estate agents fees on completion of your sale.

How does Get Moving work?

  1. Choose your dream Rushmon home & complete a Get Moving application form. We will hold your Rushmon home off the market for 1 week whilst valuations take place.
  2. We will arrange two valuations. When the valuations come back we will call you & agree an appropriate marketing price to get your property sold.
  3. We will appoint an estate agent to actively market your property. Once a buyer is found you will then be free to purchase your beautiful Rushmon home.

Terms & conditions:
This scheme is subject to status & only available on selected developments & properties.
The scheme is not available with any other promotions unless agreed with Rushmon at time of reservation.
Based on the exiting home being valued by our agent & using the Get Moving scheme, agreed estate agent’s fees will be paid.
Estate Agents fees will only be paid if you go through to completion on the Rushmon property as agreed on your Get Moving application form.
The selling price of your current property must be priced in order to have an offer within 4 weeks. After the 4-week period we may have to move your Get Moving application to another plot or cancel the scheme if no other homes are available on the development.
The scheme can be withdrawn at any time.

Help to Buy Scheme

How does the help to buy equity loan work?

The Government provides an equity loan of up to 20% of the value of your property. You only need a 5% deposit & be able to obtain a 75% mortgage. The 20% equity loan is interest free for the first five years.
